Shipping rates are tiered by weight directly from USPS or UPS (for those living outside of the U.S). To take advantage of shipping rates, add or remove a certain quantity of gachapon from your cart! Often you can buy two or three more gachapon and the shipping rate remains the same!

For any orders that may be missing gachapon upon arrival, you must contact us within 5 calendar days to confirm and you must submit a picture of all of your gachapon. We will check our inventory in our system, do a physical count, AND review the photo we've taken of your order during handling packing to confirm. Any order support for missing items beyond 5 days is hardly ever accepted and is subject to stricter review. Should there be a slim chance that your missing gachapon has sold out within our 5 calendar day policy, we will refund you the difference.

All of our Gachapon are 100% direct from Japan, always. We keep an inventory in Boston, MA so you can get your gachapon very quickly.
